Mom celebrating !!!!!!!!!!!Adam's Retirement Ceremony, June 8, 2007
Adam's Retirement Ceremony was held June 8, 2007 in the Veteran's Memorial Park in Frankenmuth. The event was attended by about 75 friends, family, and Navy personnel. A luncheon followed the 70 minute ceremony in the churchgrove park. The Navy provided a photographer and the pictures were put on a CD and given to us. Heidi Beller sang the national anthom and did a wonderful job. The ceremony was opened and closed with a Navy color guard unit. Adam's Recruit Commander, Gregory M. McGuire, presented Adam with his retirement certificate and other awards. The ceremony was a beautiful thing to see and we wish everyone could have been there.
